How do you eat brie en croute?
Brush the outside of the brie en croute with egg wash.
Include your favorite jam and nuts.
Wrap the brie en croute in a puff pastry.
Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Cool down and serve: Transfer brie en croute to an uncontaminated work surface or serving plate and allow to cool down for 5-10 minutes. Serve with fruit biscuits and artisanal bread.
Can you reheat brie en croute?
Heating Leftover Brie En Croute. If you have leftovers, you can loosely cover it in aluminum foil and reheat it in a 350 ° F oven for about 10 to 15 minutes until the brie is runny again and the puff pastry is hot.
