Natural remedies for common colds and flu

Winter is here, and with it comes the usual round of colds and flu. While these illnesses are common, they can also be quite debilitating, leaving us feeling run down and miserable. However, there are natural remedies that can help alleviate cold and flu symptoms, allowing you to get back to your normal routine faster.

One of the most important things you can do when you have a cold or flu is to stay hydrated. Drinking plenty of water and electrolyte-rich beverages such as coconut water and herbal teas can help to replace fluids lost due to fever and respiratory congestion. Additionally, eating fruits and vegetables that are high in water content like cucumber, watermelon, and citrus can help to boost hydration.

Ginger is another great natural remedy for colds and flu. It has antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce sore throat pain and congestion. You can drink ginger tea or chew on raw ginger slices to get its benefits. Another herbs that can help is Echinacea, often used to boost the immune system and reduce cold and flu symptoms, also available in supplement form or in tea.

Honey is a natural cough suppressant and can also help soothe a sore throat. Mix a spoonful of honey with some warm water or add it to your tea. Also, Vitamin C is essential for a healthy immune system and can also help reduce cold and flu symptoms. You can get your daily dose of vitamin C by eating citrus fruits, bell peppers, and broccoli, or by taking a vitamin C supplement.

Getting plenty of rest and sleep is also important, as it allows your body to heal and recover. So, try to avoid overloading your schedule during this time and make sure to get plenty of rest.

It's also important to mention that, as much as Natural remedies can help, if you're experiencing severe symptoms or your condition seems to be worsen, you should see a healthcare professional.

In conclusion, there are many natural remedies that can help alleviate cold and flu symptoms. From staying hydrated and incorporating immune-boosting herbs to getting enough rest and sleep, there are several natural options to consider. Remember to always consult with a healthcare professional before trying any new remedies, especially if you are pregnant or have a pre-existing health condition. Take care of yourself and stay healthy this cold and flu season.

Canadian Throat Singer Shares Healing Music in France

Based in Vancouver, BC Matthew Kocel is recognized as a leader in the world Sound Healing movement.

Having just returned to his home after a tour of New York, Connecticut, France and Belgium, he is preparing for a Colorado tour in July 2019.

Throat singing or overtone singing is a method of manipulating vocal sounds in the body to amplify the harmonics, or overtones that are already present in the voice. Mathew Kocel's sound draws on influences from Tibetan, Tuvan & Mongolian throat singers as well as European overtone singers.

Accompanied by simple acoustic instruments, his songs create the framework within which listeners can attain insight, peace, inner travel and spontaneous realizations.

Interestingly, Matthew says his main instrument is his heart, which influences the feelings and information carried by his voice.

Matthew Kocel continues to travel across the world to share this music he calls "medicine for the Earth and the heart of humanity'. Thus far his travels have taken him across the US and Canada, Costa Rica, Peru, France, Belgium and soon...Tibet.

Healy Wearable Frequency

Feel Balanced All the Way with Healy

Isn’t it a great feeling to feel strong, active and healthy? A healthy body and mind means quality of life, after all.

That’s why the Healy offers you IMF applications to help you stay fit, and harmonize your Bioenergetic Field. It is designed to support you in stressful situations during the day, help you recover more easily and find peace in the evening.

Healy is meant help you to increase your vitality to improve the flow of your energy reserves and to activate your energy reservoirs. Healy is a certified wearable that uses individually determined frequencies to stimulate specific areas of your body. Through regular use of the selected frequency programs, Healy can support restoring the cell membrane tension to a natural.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE HEALY WEARABLE
The Cells in Your Body---A cell is the smallest building block in every organ of your body. You have about 70 trillion of them in your body, that is 70 million million! The number of cells in your body is 4,000 times larger than the world population! The cells are of course specialized according to their purpose, but the basic “blueprint” of the cell is always the same (in plants, by the way, very similar to animals and humans).

The DNA as a Blueprint---Every cell in your body has the same blueprint that is stored in the DNA. Each of your cells contains this entire blueprint for all other body cells, with each cell having a data memory of approximately 2 gigabytes. Of these, only about 3 percent is used to store genetic information; the purpose of the remaining storage space in the cell is largely unexplained.

The Cell Nucleus---The structure and internal functioning of every one of your cells is largely the same. The cell nucleus as the boss, the mitochondria as power plants, the ATP as energy storage, the endoplasmic reticulum as the intestine, the Golgi apparatus as an enzyme producer and the cell membrane as the outer shell that holds everything together. Each of your cells has its own metabolism: water, nutrients and oxygen have to enter, metabolic products need to be taken out.

Your Cell Metabolism---In humans, it is well known to everyone how water and nutrients are transported in and how metabolic products are transported out. For the cells, this transport is handled through openings in their surface, the so-called cell membrane. These “valves” in the cell membrane open and close as needed. This mechanism is based on voltage potential, i.e., the difference in voltage between the cell interior and the intercellular space. The right or wrong amount of such potential is responsible for healthy or impaired cell metabolism.

Frequency Application---As we just mentioned, the transport of matter into and out of the cell functions by a kind of magnetically controlled valve mechanism. The voltage potential, i.e., the difference between the voltage inside the cell and the voltage between the cells, is responsible for healthy (physiological) cell metabolism. In our opinion, this mechanism explains why frequencies can be applied for many different purposes and imbalances.
